Who is Mustard? Dijon Isaiah McFarlane, better known as Mustard (formerly DJ Mustard), is a highly influential American record producer and DJ. Born on June 5, 1990, in Los Angeles, California, Mustard has played a significant role in shaping the sound of modern hip-hop, particularly within the West Coast scene.
